Lucy McLean is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent 8 years as a Licensed Athletic Trainer after getting a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University in 2016 and worked in the ICU before transitioning to the ER for 5 years. During this time, she went on to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and certification in Family Medicine from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2024. She is accredited through the AANP.
Lucy has a strong background in orthopedic injuries and is pursuing additional education in supporting women as they age. As an experienced ER nurse she is skilled in the assessment of new illness and the management of chronic conditions. She especially enjoys helping people set and achieve personal health goals.
Lucy has lived in Tarrant County for 30 years and enjoys working out, Florida Gator football, traveling, skiing, and trying new restaurants.
